  • Duration: 1 hr 40 minutes to 2 hours
  • Capacity: 30 Children (extra children are negotiable)

Your children are summoned to the Tudor Court to meet two of our most famous monarchs; Henry VIII and Elizabeth I. First, the children will learn about the Tudor family tree, the fates of Henry’s six wives and his children. They will watch as Henry breaks with Rome and will be expected to sign the Oath of Supremacy – or else!

Tudor leisure and entertainment will be explored, and the children will also venture into the bustling streets of London. Here they will meet humble Yeomen who will teach the children about their trades and lifestyles. The children will then return to court to perform for Queen Elizabeth I’s entertainment, becoming jesters, explorers, actors and even bullfighters. Finally, the children will learn why the Tudor line ended and how Elizabeth’s death gave rise to a new royal family; The Stuarts.
